First Fridays are always so much fun!
So we’ve been running First Fridays for about 4 years now and we've been developing this system of reservations. To be honest, it all happened pretty organically and can be confusing at times. We hope that everyone has a great time at our shows, and picking the right reservations can definitely help!
So why reserve anything? Can’t we just show up? It is not uncommon for Brass Mash events to sell out and have a huge line at the door. The reservation system was created in response to our friends and fans asking for a way to plan their Friday night and not be stuck in a huge line. We created this reservation system so that folks can come out to a great show and entertain their friends.
Bring Your Friends, Family and Maybe your Mom
Much like that expensive dessert at a fancy restaurant, Brass Mash is best when shared! The whole point of reservations is to reach out to your friends, family, neighbors, & coworkers to invite them to a fun an interactive event. Have house guests? Get a bay with the fire pit and show them how the Central Coast makes this happen. Are you college student with parents coming into town and you’d like to show them some nightlife, but not too much? Have them reserve a barrel or two for you and your friends. Do you have a coworker that is perpetually single and needs to get out of their apartment and do something fun? Reserve a table and bring the whole office!
First Friday Presale Options
1. General Admission Presale
If you're looking for a straightforward entry, General Admission is your best bet. The price is $20 per person. Pre-purchased tickets mean no waiting in long lines—head straight inside and enjoy the show!
2. Reservations with Service
If you want to enhance your experience with added comfort and convenience, reservations with service provide premium seating and table service.
For Seating Bays, the price is $180, and each bay accommodates up to 10 people. These bays feature plush couch seating, personalized beer service through a QR code for easy ordering, and a server to deliver your drinks.
For Picnic Tables, the price is $160, and each table accommodates up to 8 people. Picnic tables include QR codes for quick beer orders and server-delivered beverages, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
3. Basic Table Reservations
For smaller groups, there are affordable table options that provide a dedicated space for you and your friends.
Wine Barrel Tables are available for $70 and can accommodate up to 4 people. High-Top Tables are priced at $80 and can accommodate up to 5 people.
4. Student Special
Are you a student? Show your valid ID at the door and get half-off General Admission for just $10.
5. Large Group Area!
We are pleased to announce that we now offer a large group area for work parties and other larger groups. Our Cabana Party Zone can hold 15-40 people! Pricing is flexible, but imagine $20 a person - and its not uncommon to sort out a discount. Talk to your boss and call us to book this direct a few weeks or months out. It is also possible to arrange for “unofficial work” parties where everyone chips-in for a reserved area. Of course, this is dependent on how many of your coworkers can follow the instructions.

Mark your calendars for the reservation flash sale happening one week prior to any given First Friday at noon sharp. During this time, you’ll have the chance to grab premium reservations like Seating Bays and Picnic Tables. Act fast, as these deals are expected to sell out quickly!
